Employment Opportunity:
IUPUI seeks to hire a lecturer in children's literature,
with secondary
emphasis on adolescent literature, to teach four courses
per semester and
manage a web/TV based course on children's literature. The
candidate should
be familiar with the distance learning environment (especially
the Oncourse
interface with students), and be committed to maintaining
the standard of
excellence that the course represents. MA required. Some
experience in
English education would be useful, though not required.
Lecturer would also
be expected to attend the department's literature teaching
circle and
coordinate the teaching of children's literature in other
sections. Please
